Tebasaki chicken with Yuzu Shio Koji
This week, we have an easy chicken recipe to add to your dinner repertoire. It doesn't even require any time for marinating. Just rub your chicken with our Yuzu Shio Koji, and broil immediately.
Ingredients
10-12 Tebasaki chicken wings (*For LA locals, I recommend free-range chicken from Nijiya on 182nd Street in Torrance.)
2 Tbsp Yuzu Shio Koji
Directions
Place chicken wings in a broiler pan.
Distribute Yuzu Shio Koji among the wings, rubbing a little bit of shio koji into each piece.
Broil wings until the surface has browned. Done!
