Miso otsumami

Here's an idea for a tapas dish featuring Yuzu Miso. We think it goes nicely with a glass of white wine!

Directions

  1. Pan-fry satsumaimo (Japanese sweet potato) in a neutral oil of your choice.

  2. Let cool, then top each piece of fried sweet potato with brie cheese.

  3. Finish by topping each slice with Yuzu Miso.
