Our newest condiment, a garlicky miso sauce, is the perfect accompaniment for all of your summer barbecues. We added garlic, sake, and a hint of ginger to a locally-supplied organic red miso paste. To enjoy, simply use Omiso Garlic Glaze as a dipping sauce for any grilled protein or any assortment of grilled veggies.
