Tomatoes with shio koji

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 Tbsp Yuzu Shio Koji

  • 1 tsp sugar (or your preferred sweetener)

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Dice tomato.
