Miso-butter potato
Our miso soup balls can be used for more than just soup! We've added them to grains before — and this week, we bring you a simple comfort food recipe to enjoy with your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 yellow Omiso soup ball (choose nori, goma, or pink peppercorn)*
1 red Omiso soup ball (choose tororo or Italian garlic)*
2 Tbsp butter, softened at room temperature (vegan butter works, as well!)
1 Tbsp mirin
2 Tbsp whole kernel sweet corn
1 lb potato, boiled and sliced

Directions
Heat the oven to 450° F.
Mix miso balls, mirin, butter, and corn kernels in a small bowl.
Place sliced potatoes on a baking sheet, and spread the miso-butter mixture over potatoes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly charred.
