Niku Miso Meat Pasta
Having Niku (meat) Miso in your fridge at all times is incredibly useful! Here is a super easy recipe for pasta but Niku Miso can be enjoyed over rice, or wrapped in lettuce for a light and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
5oz ground beef
5oz ground pork
I like the "Aibiki" style (beef & pork ground together).
4 tablespoons Omiso®︎ Garlic Glaze
2oz Asatsuki chives (You can find them at Yasutomi Farm) or green onions
7 ounces spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Directions

Mince Asatsuki chives.
Heat the pan over medium heat.
Add the ground beef & pork and cook, stirring, until the meat is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add Omiso®︎ Garlic Glaze into the pan and cook for about few minutes.
Lower the heat and add the Asatsuki chives to the pan.
<Pasta>
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente.
Drain the spaghetti and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
Serve the Niku Miso on top of the pasta. Enjoy!
