Fuyu persimmon with Yuzu Miso

Whenever it’s Fuyu season in LA, we love to pair these delicately sweet persimmons with our Yuzu Miso. Served with a glass of red wine, it makes for the perfect apertivo.

Directions

  1. Slice 1 Fuyu persimmon.

  2. Top each slice with a little bit of Brie cheese. Blöde Kuh's cashew cheese makes for a great vegan substitute.

  3. Add some prosciutto San Daniele or Parma (or skip, of course, if vegan).

  4. Top with Yuzu Miso.
