Pasta fredda di farfelle alla yuzu

Quick, simple, and delicious any time of year, this yuzu farfelle comes together in minutes — like all of our recipes :)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz farfalle pasta

  • 2 oz cut broccoli

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1-2 tsp Yuzu Shio Koji

Directions

  1. Cook your pasta until al dente.

  2. In a separate pot, blanch the broccoli.

  3. Chop the garlic clove, and cut the tomatoes in half.

  4. Briefly sauté the chopped garlic in olive oil. Then turn off the heat and stir in chopped tomatoes and Yuzu Shio Koji.

  5. Mix your cooked pasta with the broccoli and the garlicky shio koji tomatoes, and serve.
