Our Yuzu Miso Marinade is perfect all-in-one sauce for marinating salmon. Simply add 1 tbsp to 1 salmon fillet. Let rest over night. And cook as usual. This is great for other fish such as black cod and other types of protein such as Tofu. The sauce flavor is sweet and savory, and Yuzu citrusy! It can be also paired well with vegetable sticks, crudité, bread, steamed rice and even creamy cheese like Brié.
